In this complex role, you will actively support the management team in daily operational business and serve as a key interface within the company. You can expect a dynamic working environment with varied tasks and close collaboration across different departments.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactive and independent support of the management team in organizational and administrative matters
- Professional communication with partners, suppliers, and internal contacts
- Coordination of appointments, meetings, and business trips
What You Bring
- Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK, HBLA or comparable)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong organizational talent as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in finance, accounting, and controlling is considered an advantage
- Professional appearance, discretion, and diplomatic skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Additional foreign language skills, especially Hungarian, are considered an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Technical understanding or interest in technical topics is an advantage
- Driving license category B and willingness to travel occasionally for business
