The company operates in numerous countries and manufactures its products in a global network of manufacturing sites. The position of (Senior) Director Engineering plays a central role in the operational and strategic direction of the engineering organization at the site in county Hesse, Germany , and is and is leading the engineering team with around 110 employees , focusing on ensuring efficient processes and compliance with pharmaceutical-technical requirements (cGMP, EHS, sustainability). The position is responsible for the overall performance of the areas of production technology, automation, facilities/utilities, CAPEX projects & compliance and is part of the local leadership team.
